Every year, innocent, pre-loved cats are no longer wanted or neighbours take exception to. Some people do the worst thing you can imagine and others dump cats ‘far away’ so there is no chance of recovering them. Not surprisingly, the cats are let go on country roads near farm houses on the outskirts of town.
